Prior to Theatre Now New York Tom was the Producing Artistic Director of ReVision Theatre, a professional regional theatre in Asbury Park, NJ. For ReVision Tom Directed the highly acclaimed productions of Hello, Dolly! staring Richard Skipper as Carol Channing and the sold out run of The Rocky Horror Show. The ReVision Theatre, is a continuation of The Genesius Theatre Guild, which Tom founded in NYC in 1995 and served as its Producing Artistic Director for 12 years providing a place for diverse theatre artists to collaborate on the creation and development of new plays and musicals.

Tom produced and directed The Genesius Guild’s first mainstage productions The Glass Mendacity by Maureen Morley and Tom Wilmorth, Frank Stancati’s Just Us Boys, Dalliance In Vienna by Douglas Braverman and produced the premiere production of Jonathan Tolin’s The Last Sunday In June which became the highlight of Rattlestick Productions 2003 off Broadway season & went on to its commercial New York run at the Century Center Theatre. He was the Producing Artistic Director for the Texas Star Theatre at the Historic Granbury Opera House for their 2005 season production of Gypsy which he directed and choreographed to rave reviews starring Cindy Benson along with I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. In New York Tom has also worked as a director at Circle Repertory Company (Circle REP LAB member), Ensemble Studio Theatre, Naked Angels and is a founding member of the Professional Directors Company at New York University. Regional director/choreographer credits include: Oklahoma, No No Nanette, Camelot, The King & I, Two By Two, The Pirates Of Penzance, Bye Bye Birdie, Annie Get Your Gun and Hello Dolly!.

He has worked in all areas of professional theatre; regional, summer, dinner theatre, off and on Broadway. Tom sat on the Theatre Panel for the Manhattan Community Arts Fund re-grant program of the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs through the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council. As Managing Director from February 2017 to October 2018, Chris has co-produced two years of TNNY’s SOUND BITES festival at Signature Theatre and their 2017 Rotating Rep Series, which included musicals: We Have Apples, Kragtar: An American Monster Musical, and Thicket & Thistle's What's Your Wish?. His directorial credits include: Bitter Sweet (The Emerging Artists Theatre New Work Series), Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr. (TexARTS), Seussical Jr. (Brooklyn Acting Lab), and phat girls (Pace University). Assistant directorial credits: Into the Woods Jr., The Syringa Tree, and She Loves Me (Dir: Stephen Nachamie). 

As an actor he performed in the national tours of Broadway Christmas Wonderland (Spirit Productions) and The Berenstain Bears Live! (Matt Murphy Productions). Regional credits include, Rail Events Productions, Gretna Theatre, Westchester Broadway Theatre, Weathervane Theatre, La Comedia Dinner Theatre, Redhouse Arts Center, and St. Bart's Players. He’s also a lyricist, and member of BMI, he wrote the jazzy, musical theatre song, "Kristy's Lament (Another Awful Day with the MTA)", sung by Broadway’s Kristy Cates, which is available on iTunes.

He’s a member of the Educational Theatre Association, and on the Acting Faculty at AMDA. He has taught classes with New York Film Academy's Musical Theatre Conservatory, TexARTS, AMDA's High School Summer Conservatory, 92nd Street Y, Inside Broadway, Kidville, Brooklyn Acting Lab (former Managing Director), Camp Broadway, The Boys and Girls Club, The Putney School Summer Program, and Lifetime Arts. He's also a current member of New York City Arts in Education Roundtable. Liz was born and raised in Michigan. She holds an MFA in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College, during which time she completed her Marketing Residency at The Public Theater. She has interned at Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, Primary Stages, and at a small Dublin-based theatre company. Prior to attending Brooklyn College, Liz earned her B.A. in Psychology, as well as minors in Music and Speech Pathology from Boston University. Liz is also member of Actors’ Equity Association and performed as part of SOUND BITES 4.0 in The Pound: A Musical for the Dogs. Stephen Bishop Seely attended both the University of Texas in Austin and Michigan State University completing his MFA in Acting. He has performed, produced, written, directed and served as a dramaturg for numerous Regional, Touring, Off-Broadway, and Broadway productions. During his time at the Genesius Theatre Guild (NYC), he served as Literary Liaison and Director of Play Development. He started the Revolutionary Writers Workshop and the RAW Reading Series, and helped create and develop many new plays and musicals. He continued to be innovative in theatre by developing the first ever GTG Script Development Group (The Dramaturgical Coalition) consisting of select Dramaturgs, Producers, and Directors, which focused on the process of developing a script for production.

He successfully workshopped and produced the premiere of BOX by Fred Shahadi and directed by Clinton Turner Davis.Stephen served as the assistant dramaturg at Disney Theatrical Productions as a member of their creative team for the musicals Tarzan, book by David Henry Hwang and music and lyrics by Phil Collins and On the Record directed by Bobby Longbottom. He became Associate Artistic Director of the new Texas Star Theatre at the Granbury Opera House, where he directed The Boys Next Door and was the associate producer for Gypsy (with Cindy Benson), Grease, and a workshop reading of Robin Hood the Musical. Stephen was one of co-founding Producing Artistic Directors of ReVision Theatre in Asbury Park, New Jersey and there produced Hello, Dolly!, with Richard Skipper as Carol Channing, Hair, Scrooge in Rouge, Kingdom (winner of Best New Musical in New Jersey), Funny Girl with Steven Brinberg as Barbra Streisand, and The Full Monty.

He has written and directed two films including "Inseparable" and "On the Sauce" and has written several plays in development including The Future of Corn, The Calypso Crux, Mancrab, and Topeka is Turning. Stephen has a web series in development, "Separated@Birth" and is currently working on a new theatre project entitled, The Untitled Anderson Cooper/CNN Project, which he co-wrote with Matthew Palmer. Mos recently, Stephen has directed two Off-Broadway shows; 8 Million Protagonists and Broke Wide Open starring Rock WILK.

Julie developed a love for the performing arts while growing up in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts, surrounded by the cultural bounty of Tanglewood, Jacob’s Pillow, the Berkshire Theatre Festival and Willamstown Playhouse. Julie has over 30 years of writing, marketing and fundraising experience, much of it in support of non-profit arts organizations. She is also a playwright. Her relationship with TNNY Artistic Director Tom Morrissey dates back to 2001, when Mondo Condo, a musical she co-authored was given a staged reading by the Genesius Theatre Guild, of which Tom was founding Artistic Director. She subsequently joined Genesius, where she handled marketing and fund-raising, and assisted in the running of the writers’ workshop there. In addition to her development work at TNNY, Julie is currently working on a new play, Flying at Sunset. She is a member of the Womens’ Initiative at the Dramatists Guild.

Alia Shawa is a NYC-based Spanish performer. Born and raised in Madrid, she trained in acting, singing and dance in London and Madrid, and moved to NY to follow her Broadway dream. She is also a professional voice over actress, starring in many cartoon series (Little Nick - BBC) and Tickety-Tock for T.V.E., and voiced commercials for Magnum, Mercedes and many other high end brands.

Ellie Kahn is a working music director, actress, and musician based in NYC. Much of the year, she has the pleasure of serving as Install Music Supervisor for several ships in the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet. Ellie has served as Musical Coordinator of SOUND BITES for the last three years, and musically directed TNNY’s awesome 2015 production of Carrie, The Musical. During the summer, she can be seen working with George Street Playhouse’s Theater Academy. Some favorite performance credits include Bianca in a special Inauguration Day reading of The Taming (Monday Theatre Co., NYC), 42nd St., Godspell, (Interlakes) Parade (Bullet Theatre Collab.), and Other Girls (Monday Theatre Co.). She has also made appearances at 54Below and Don’t Tell Mama. Jordan Moreno is a singer/dancer/actress residing in New York City.  Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska she hopes to bring big theatre to small towns.  Working with Theatre Now New York as an Administrative Assistant provides her with experience so that she may run her own performing arts center in the future. In her spare time she writes and performs her own music in the pop/rock genre.  A recent AMDA graduate, she hopes to be gracing a Broadway stage someday soon.
